Service Plans  

2K Networking, Inc offers two service plans for our clients - Preferred and On Demand. An overview of what these plans provide is below:

Preferred: This plan is appropriate for our clients with predictable support requirements. It eases budgeting IT service, and allows a pro-active approach to service and support. Monthly hours are determined by your technology environment, business needs and necessary coverage. A network analysis will be performed and a plan is created. Emergency response and general response is included with this plan as well as technical and phone support. An added advantage is 24/7 support to give you peace of mind. Preferred pricing is included when hours exceed the monthly agreement.

On Demand: This plan is appropriate for our clients who prefer to pay for service on an as needed basis. There are no requirements for a minimum number of hours per month or any minimum time requirement. Service rates are higher than under the Preferred plan. Clients may change from the On Demand plan to the Preferred plan at any time. Emergency response, technical and phone support are not included with this plan.
