June 2008 - 2K Networking, Inc. is proud to announce our new Lancaster office located at 315 West James Street, Suite 201A. The 2,000 square foot office space will provide 2K with expanded office, conference and work spaces to better serve Lancaster and surrounding areas. Mike Schmelder, Alberto Flores and Harold Flenke will now be calling this office their home.

June, 10 2008 - 2K Networking, Inc. in partnership with Dell and Microsoft will continue offering the Microsoft Windows XP Professional operating system as a factory install option to our clients through the end of 2008.

All client orders placed after June 18, 2008 will also be receiving Microsoft Windows Vista Business or Ultimate operating system and driver installation CDs/DVDs to use at some time in the future should they choose to migrate to Vista. This capability will be available on the Dell Optiplex Desktop and Dell Latitude Laptop computer lines at no extra cost. 2K can also extend this capability to both of the Dell Vostro and XPS Desktop and Laptop computer lines for a minimal fee of $50.

Microsoft has committed to supporting Windows XP Professional until 2014. This means that Microsoft will continue to update software for Windows XP for some time to come. This includes Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office Products and other Microsoft Product lines.

January 14, 2008 - 2K now offers full Apple Mac OSX & XServe Support

2K Networking, Inc. welcomes Todd Murtoff to the team. Todd is a Systems Engineer and Consultant with over 15 years of IT experience, specializing in Apple Macs & XServe support along with Microsoft Windows product lines. He has extensive experience with IT hardware from various manufacturers such as 3Com, HP, APC and Barracuda Networks. Todd provides consultation, design, installation and maintenance of client site infrastructures and will assist the 2K team in expanding our client base and support offerings.

Todd also offers excellent communication skills and client relations. He is customer-oriented and provides complete solutions to meet the client's needs.

Todd holds an Associates Degree in Communcations from Pennsylvania College of Technology and is an Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist. He is currently pursuing training and certification of Apple's latest operating system, Mac OSX 10.5 (Leopard).
